The campus and the black community was divided; The first group identifies with Nelson Mandela's pacifist strategy and the second with Winnie Madikizela, whom they used to call Commander-in-Chief or Queen Mother. Together with the climate of impunity of Nazi skin head terrorism that keeps the African community terrified by beatings, stabbings, threats, fires, insults in public, prevent entering nightclubs or barsassassinating and asseiantion of sista Lucrecia Perez, Dombele, Murab and others souch.These actions by the Nazis were coordinated with the police of the Social Democratic Party, whose Minister of the Interior, José Luis Corcuera, approved a law that allowed impunity for police brutality against African immigrants (blacks) without a court order.  At Alcala Laboral University and Stones Disco born irrupted and  influence of the Revolutionary radical hip-hop and Reagee bands like Scholly D, Paris, Burning Spear, Bob Marley, Black Uhuru, Inmortal Thecnisc, Public Enemy and the great Sister Souljah, carriers of the phlilosophical message of selfdefense and Black revolution of Malcolmx, Dr Huey P Newton, Kwame Toure, Angela Davis, Thomas Sankara and Winnie MandIkizela. This gives rise to the process of rupture in the Free Mandela Movement with the politicization and unification of the gangs, bringing greatly increasing the political afrocentric consciousness of this lumpenproletariat class that immediately feels the need to articulate an organic framework, a political vehicle. And is produced the immediate foundation of the Black Panther Party in Spain. Then they  connect through Professor Griff of the band Public Enemey with Aaron Michael in Us. In addition to the fascist Nazis, the first enemies the party had to face were the black African house intellectual elite uncle tom who denounced them as "violent and revolutionary followers of a hate monger and bad women like winnie mandikizela"
